Terms of Service — RocketKing

RocketKing is an entertainment-only simulator. All coins are virtual and have no real-world or monetary value. RocketKing is NOT real-money gambling: there is no real-money betting, no cash wagering, no cash prizes, and no way to withdraw, redeem, exchange, or cash out coins or anything else for real money or items of value. The game does not offer an opportunity to win real money or prizes, and practice or success in this game does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RocketKing mobile application (package com.rocketking.app, the “App”), operated by IRIZONE LTD (the “Company”, “we”, “us”), Strovolou 77, Strovolos Center, Flat/Office 301, Strovolos, 2018 Nicosia, Cyprus, support@irizone.com. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App is a simulator (no real-money gaming)

RocketKing is a free-to-play social/simulated casino game for entertainment only.
“Coins” are a virtual in-game currency with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money, cryptocurrency, goods, services, or anything of value, and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, transferred, or cashed out.
Buying coins does not give you any ownership, real-money value, or right to a refund of value beyond the platform’s purchase terms (see §4).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and not below the age rating shown on the app store) to use the App. The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children. By using it you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the applicable app-store terms.

4. Virtual coins & in-app purchases

The App may offer optional purchases of virtual coins processed through Google Play Billing. Prices are shown before purchase and may change.
Virtual coins are a consumable, limited license to use a feature of the App. You do not own them; they have no monetary value and may be forfeited.
Purchases are generally final. Refunds, if any, are handled solely under the Google Play refund policy and applicable law.
Coins, bonuses, and balances are tied to an anonymous device identifier and may be permanently lost if you uninstall the App, clear app data, or change devices, unless an account-linking feature is provided and used.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue coins, packages, prices, bonuses, or features at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate balances, use bots/automation, reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App; access it through unofficial clients; or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Accounts & data

The App uses an anonymous identifier rather than a personal account. Your use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The App and all of its content, design, code, graphics, and trademarks are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by law. RocketKing is an original work and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any other game or brand.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of virtual coins, data, or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Cyprus, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
